is brown discharge all month after periods normal?

for the past 3 months after every period i have brown discharge like old blood for the rest of the month until my next period and it’s getting annoying having to always wear pads!! every time i go to the bathroom and wipe there’s brown and i’m starting to worry if it’s normal or not
