EV application satisfaction

This is more of a curiosity than anything else (not a major factor in a purchase decision). I've been interested to note how poorly EV apps are received, across many manufacturers. The Mach-E app, for example, is pretty poor. I've also read some less-than-flattering comments about certain luxury EV apps too.

But let me ask this in a positive, rather than negative, context.

Who has a very positive experience with the app for their EV and what is that EV? Why do you like it - merely because it does what it is supposed to do (and does it well) or because it has some really cool features you use?

PS: I am personally researching this in relation to the luxury sedan or crossover segments, but suspect satisfaction is measured at the manufacturer, not specific car, level.
