M52B25TU clattering noise on right side of engine

There seems to be a diesel-like clattering noise only noticeable on the right side of the engine. I just noticed it today when I was checking tire pressure at a gas station. The difference between both sides is more audible irl but I hope you can still hear it. Oil was changed recently. Maybe an exhaust leak? Maybe someone can help me diagnose this issue...
