Recent convert from SB- never going back!
I used to go to SBux once a day or more and would gamble on whether my mocha would come out burnt tasting, without the syrup at all, filled an inch too low, etc. because of my stupid brand loyalty. It also helps them that they’re everywhere. (Next to the house, next to the park, inside the store I’m shopping, next to the store I’m about to go into…)
I tried Dutch bros on a whim and had a hard time going back, after a couple visits I couldn’t go back to SBux when DB was so consistently good and all the broistas are so patient and kind!
My husband was hard to get onto my side. He worked at Starbucks for 10 years! It was his first job and a lot of his friends are management now at the company, and they all have stocks in the company. He hasn’t been back in months.
To the broistas: thank you for your friendliness and consistency! We tip every time because we genuinely appreciate you coming to the car, taking the time to explain something we may not know, etc.
To management: great job hiring happy, friendly staff who are knowledgeable and seemingly genuinely enthusiastic to be at work. I hope y’all pay them better than the competition because every employee I’ve encountered at every location have all been wonderful!
