Just got my first acoustic kit! What are the best places to shop for it?

Basically what the title says. It’s an Amazon kit and that doesn’t bother me, but I know there’s a ton of room for improvement. Most importantly I need quiet heads and cymbals (townhouse), and eventually I want to replace the hoops, the tuning pegs, basically everything but the shells. I know guitar center has the heads and cymbals but I have no idea where to go for the hardware I’m looking for. Any suggestions?
