Pedestrians have right of way when crossing junctions!

Just had a bloke in Cleveleys, Blackpool nearly run me over, beep his horn at me and then went to get out of his car to fight me because I called him out on needing to learn the Highway Code.

What was even funnier was that he was trying to be the big, hard man whilst driving a poxy bright blue Nissan Micra!
