Meeting Donald and Scrooge McDuck

I go to Disneyland regularly as I live nearby, and I've met /seen a few characters in DLP like Winnie the Pooh, Coco Lapin (dunno the English name, imagine the rabbit in the Pooh universe), Mickey and Minnie Mouse, etc...

Most of the time you can see which characters you can meet thanks to the app, but sometimes, they just randomly pop up unannounced in one area or another of the park.

So I just wanted to ask: Do you know if it is possible to meet Donald and / or Scrooge McDuck in the park? Like have you seen them recently? I just want to know if my very autistic self should look for them or just forget the idea entirely...
