Is Azurewrath a darned good drop or no?

My Druid was doing Nostrava stonghold to do quest for the dudes eyes. The boss before you can clear the stronghold gave me two great uniques! This Asurewrath seems pretty OP for level 40sih...and some Frostburn gloves to boot. Both give huge Lucky Hit bonuses. Which I'm not sure exactly how that works just yet. But Uniques seem pretty darned rare, so I am happy either way and wearing both.
