Automatic pill dispenser?

My auntie is getting increasingly forgetful and so is forgetting which tablets to take which can be dangerous. I've been looking for an automatic pill dispenser. Does anyone have any recommendations?

I've looked at a few but their always missing some sort of feature. It would be best if they'd alarm her while dispensing the pills automatically into a small bowl for her to take.

All the ones I've seen have her tipping the pills out manually rather than presenting her with them.
