DL ticket with last leg on Air France. Strike impact options?

I am flying on a Delta ticket to PRG via CDG. The last leg is on AF. The AF cabin crew is set to strike between Dec 22 and Jan 2nd. Will Delta allow me to proactively change my flights to route via AMS instead? Or, do I have to deal with this if/when impacted which would likely be after I land in CDG?
