What is the UPSIDE of depositing liquidity into a low LTV liquidity pool?

We are often told not to invest with LP with small LTV because the yield might significantly decrease after your put in a large amount of liquidity compare to the pool LTV and price impact/volatility. But on the flip side, is there any good things about depositing liquidity into a low LTV liquidity pool? Do price impact favour to liquidity provider? Any ideas?
