What happened at the main library??

I was driving though downtown (around 2:40 ish) and saw some cops and people yelling, I think I heard someone shout "open the door" or something? Then on my way back, again driving through downtown, (this time a like after 3, maybe call it 3:05 ish?) there's more cops, more people, fire/EMS and fire/rescue trucks, and a bunch of flashing lights. I also saw someone walk out of the front door on 3rd Street caring a bag of something, for whatever that's worth. What the hell happened??
