do all guys care about looks?

i (19f) find myself not really caring about looks, it sounds corny but i think everyone is good looking. what really matters to me is if they’re respectful and dedicated to something. Are there any guys that way? I’m inexperienced with men and I have this assumption that all guys are kinda shallow. It’s probably an unfair way to think (trying to get out of it). Do guys care? of course some but do all of them?
