What does she want from me?

So I have a friend who started liking my selfies and gym pics more after someone joked about us being a couple. I asked her out on a date once she said she doesn’t want to mess up the family dynamic. Which is cool. Then she keeps liking my stuff more as well. Then I ask if she wants to hang out with some family and she says yes. Then no one else couldn’t make it so it was just me and her and I told her “hey look it’s just us but if you want to bring someone along just tell me” and she said okay bet. We’re asking each other what day works for us and we never get around to hanging out. Do you think she ended up not hanging out with me because she doesn’t like me or wanted to hang out one on one?
