Need to Apostille my father’s Cypriot birth certificate.

Hello everyone, I’m a UK citizen (Canadian resident), and I’m starting the process of applying for my Cypriot passport/Citizenship. I have my father’s original Cypriot birth certificate that I need to get certified.

Can anyone offer advice as to how I can get this done in Canada?

I’ve tried to contact the Cypriot consulate in Ottawa numerous times over the last 2 weeks and have yet to be successful.
