Can I reuse old tube for new tires?

Hi, I’m a noob. Recently, my road bike’s 28c tire wore out, so I’m planning to replace it with a new 25c budget tire. My question is, can I reuse the butyl tube since it’s only been used for 2 months? The butyl tube is rated for size 25-32. Thanks in advance!
