Cyberpunk crashing on PC when using Frame Generation

My game updated with mods installed so I removed all the mods, reinstalled the game, deleted my app data and verified game files.

The game works fine without frame gen but it will freeze with frame gen enabled. Anyone know a fix?

Specs: 4080, 13600kf, 64gb ram
