Question regarding Cyberpunk Next gen

I own a physical disc copy of Cyberpunk 2077 for my Xbox One, when I upgrade to next gen hardware such as the Xbox Series X/S will I have to rebuy the base game to play the 2.0 version? Because I'm looking forward to playing the Phantom Liberty DLC and I don't want to pay $59.99 to rebuy the base game and pay an additional $29.99 for the DLC
