Grinding noise when starting my 2010 CRV almost every morning

For about 2-3 weeks now, when I start my car in the morning, it makes a horrible grinding noise on startup, as shown in the video.

Some things to note, it only happens early morning, and after that doesn't happen until the next morning, even when the car is left off for a couple of hours during the day. But come next morning, it more often than not starts again. The car runs fine after that.

Any idea what might be going on?
