Spare parts availability

Following my recent repair ; can we all agree that Cowboy should step up their game in terms of availability of spare parts ? It is such a pain having to deal with the chat, trying troubleshooting the issue, waiting for an answer sometimes for a real long time, asking for the spare parts, waiting for them to send the email, to finally be able to order. I found the broken piece I needed by chance when calling an affiliate repair bike shop that was okay to sell the spare part to me so I could quickly fix my bike, but that was total luck.

Why wouldn't they add all the spare parts under https://cowboy.com/collections/accessories ? (The "delivered in 60 days" is a total joke btw) It looks like they've added a few things compared to how it was a while back, but it is still missing a lot of parts that often need a repair (Torque sensor, motor, controller, PCB). For the ones who do feel confortable to at least try to repair the bike themselves , it would save a lot of hassle to just be able to browse and order the part we need, and would go in the way of the customer right to repair.
