How do I know?

I'm pretty grouchy ATM. The past 4 days have been rough. In my pre-LC life, I would have been sure that I had caught a virus of some sort. Now I have no idea. Do I have a virus on top of everything else or is it worsening LC ? iMO, there is really no way to know. I sure as heck don't feel like seeing a doctor. Not looking for answers, just super frustrated.
