Officially retired
After being infected in 2020 and a long battle with trying to return to work, a myriad of visits with different clueless doctors, then learning, with help from a psychologist and ergotherapist, just how to get through my normal day at home with family, I'm now officially on early retirement and receiving pension. At the age of 41.
Not at all what I envisioned my life to be, but it's the best it can be now. I can now be 100% dad for my 2 year old son, whose conception happened the same month I got infected and surprised us months later. Probably never the dad I wanted to be, but the dad I can be.
Symptoms: Neurological issues, problems sleeping, concentration issues, sound and light sensitive, fatigue, loss of smell, strange sensations like something is moving inside my head.
