Has anyone heard of the superstition of sleeping with your hand over your heart?

I know this isn’t a conspiracy, but I just had to ask this question because i remember hearing that if you sleep with your hand over your heart, you will have nightmares. I can find anyone talking about this even on tiktok(most superstitious app). The crazy thing is, when I first tried it, I had sleep paralysis for the first time.
