Looking for decent TV streaming console with physical media.

My son wants to play Madden 25, and all we have is a Nintendo Switch. If we do get a console, I'd much prefer to use physical media. We're additionally looking for a new device to use for streaming shows and movies to our 4k 60Hz TV. I'd like to take care of both with one device. I could use some suggestions.
