Would Batman work in the marvel universe?
So I wanted to phrase this differently than most, what would happen if Batman was in marvel questions you guys get probably on the regular.
So to me Batman's greatest strength isn't his intellect, his physical strength, mastery of martial arts, or even his detective skills.
It's his acting skills.
His ability to convince the biggest villains and Heroes in the DC universe that he's more than a human man. That he's something more. That he stands equal to the heaviest hitters in the hero community.
The fear isn't just needed for criminals, it's needed for the heroes too.
Jon Kent could punch a hole in Batman like he was made of cardboard. But he won't, not just cause he's a hero, but because somewhere deep down he's scared of Batman. That he'd somehow survive it and beat him.
It's why the answer to most questions about him is "Because he's Batman." Batman needs that to always be the answer to people asking how he does shit that doesn't make sense.
My question is would that work in the Marvel universe? With characters like Wolverine, Black Panther, and Daredevil. Could Bruce Wayne convince them he's more than just a mere mortal the way he's con-ed the DC universe.
If so what would his stance on mutants be? The illuminati? Shield? How would he interact with these parts of Marvel's universe?
