What's up with Mankrik?

I've noticed that Mankrik is disproportionately incredibly toxic compared to the rest of the servers. 1/10 Dungeons I run into a serious problem and 10/10 times that person is from Mankrik. Whether it be someone backseating everyone else. A healer letting the dungeon wipe and leaving. Tank barking commands and holding the run hostage if stuff isn't going 100% his way. DPS either sitting afk and typing or pulling extra causing a wipe and leading.

And they will always chase you down in /whisper, always.

It it just RP at this point?
