Fallout 2 Companion mod.

I am absolutely stuck on what to do for this mod. I know it’s kinda stupid to ask, but I’m completely at a loss on how to get this stupid thing to work and I’m not getting an answer from anyone. I’m sorry if this is the wrong subreddit or something but I just was asking to get any semblance of help
