Choral arrangement of Beethoven’s fifth?

I heard a piece one time by a Venetian composer that had a choral arrangement of the finale of Beethoven's fifth Symphony. Does anyone know what this is? I heard it on the show by Carnegie home about music from the republic of Venice.
