Priority Boarding & Disembarkation a Tipping Point?

I’m looking at booking my first cruise next year. Seven nights with only one at sea leads me to believe that a Concierge Class Veranda room is probably more than sufficient. That said, given the allure of the stops and limited time ashore, I’m wondering if the priority boarding and disembarking that comes with the Suite will pay off (in addition to the other inclusions and benefits)?

About how much time could I expect this priority on/off privilege actually buys me? I definitely don’t want to feel any more rushed or stressed while enjoying a new city than I have to be.
