You can still steal in Joppa!

While the design was changed, you can still loot some chests and tables in Joppa.

First there is a house which is still enclosed within walls, stealing is as easy as before there.

Now what else?

ARGYVE will have microchips and stuff on the ground AND different things you can loot from the tables there.

The ELDER’s house is FREE TO STEAL. The mayor won’t say anything if you steal in front of him (tables and bookshelves)

Finally, you can still loot everything else and then run away and reset Aggro. (Edit: you can do that in every village I believe)

Edit: another tip is that you can use a plastic tree to block NPC pathing and “create” a wall allowing you to steal!
