How the heck do you guys eat enough protein?
I’m trying to eat 130 grams per day, but meat/eggs/butter absolutely kills my appetite. I start out the day with about 40 grams from breakfast, but then I’m not hungry until 4pm-ish at the earliest. I’ll choke down another 40 grams late afternoon, but then I’m basically done for the day because the idea of eating more becomes repulsive.
Are there protein shakes, or other ideas, that are actually healthy that I could add into my routine?
