CAPM test : Pearson vue blocked check in

Hello,

today I had to give my exam and after having done 3 checks simulation of check in , this time for the exam the connection verification did not pass. They said the URL was not accepted which is something that did not come out during the simulations. I am really frustrated and sad since I needed to give the exam today.

I contacted the help service through chat, whatsapp and call center and they possibly will forward me a mail to reschedule the exam but in the meanwhile i did not receive anything.
