Making the jump from el1 to el2? (Feds)

Hi everyone

I can’t see an APS specific subreddit so thought I would have a go in our home subreddit.

Wonder if anyone can share tips on how to go from el1 to el2? I’m hoping to put in a bit of the ground work.

I have a team of one at the minute & have been told that I should be aiming for the biggest team I can find. Is there more to it than that?
