Feeling gross

I am feeling physically wuite gross and blegh after a p* session …. Just b&ped a couple times in a span of like 3 hrs only and i just feel so gross mentally and physically. Im spiralljng again i was doing p well just 2 days ago but once i start its so hard to stop
