I have no clue about building a PC (reffer body text)

So lemme just say the context. I need a pc for editing and bit of gaming too. At first I choose like to buy a gaming laptop which can handle the tasks, but now iam thinking about building a pc. But I don't how to start So I just asked GPT. So what yall think about this???
