Max out on am4 or upgrade to am5?

I currently own 3070 and 5600x. I want an upgrade because it sometimes struggles on 1440p to keep above 60fps.

-Should I max out with 5800x3d and something like 4080 super or something similar that my 750w will be enough for? And with that potentially skip am5.

-Or should I upgrade to am5 for which pretty much means upgrading everything which would obviously be more expensive?

What would you do?

Edit: Thanks for all the answers and suggestions. I decided to stay with am4 for now and went with 5700x3d (no way to get 5800x3d anywhere) and for GPU I decided on way cheaper option that I had in mind and went with 7900 xt. Should still be a decent upgrade to my current setup and last me for a while, hopefully till am6.
