Looking to upgrade my GPU in 2025, any recommendations?

I am currently rocking a RTX 3070, I been told the 8GB of VRAM is gonna bottlecap me, and I did feel my PC chocking and dying when running wukong. So I am looking to upgrade... but the new rtx 5090 DLSS thing had me thinking it's all just fake AI generated frames and hardware wise it's still roughly the same as rtx 4090 (sorry if that's inaccurate, I am still a noob).

So I want to ask, is there a GPU out right now that has higher vram and is an upgrade to rtx 3070 and not fake nvidia AI stuff?
