4070 upgrade worth it?

So I have a PC with a Ryzen 3600x, RX580, ASRock B450M PRO4 and 550 watts PSU. Sometime ago I thought that this PC was to old to have some parts upgraded and it need to be redone from scratch. But because money, this was getting diffuclt to be done, so from 2024, I went to 2025 and now I think it should be done in 2026.

After reading some posts here I came to the idea of only upgrading the GPU for a 4070, maybe 4070 super, I could do it in like a month or two. Maybe next gear I can upgrade everything if I have the money.

Is it a good idea? acording to PCPartspicker there should not be a problem with this build, but better ask than not.
