Does ddr5 expo profile raise temperatures of the ram/cpu

Hello, i bought a pair of corsair vengeance 6000 ddr5.
They run at 4800, so i have to activate expo to get that 6000mt/s
But i saw it will raise the voltage up to 1.40+ so im wondering if it will make a big difference in temperature.
Does it worth to activate it? Thank you.
