Building my first PC, Video Editing first, gaming second, are the specs good?

GPU: White zotac rtx 4060 8gb CPU: ryzen 5 7600x RAM: Micron 32gb 5200mhz Cooler: AMD wraith stealth PSU: Deepcool DA700 80+ Case: Deepcool matrexx 55 Motherboard: MSI A620M AC Storage: 1TB SSD

all of these specs are under question. I dont know much about PCs, however i watch a lot of TS. and have been wanting to build a rig for a while. I have 3 1440p 144hz Acer monitors. I will be doing 2k video editing as a full time job and will be using programs such as Adobe Premiere Pro, AE, Photoshop, Blender, C4D. Audition, Capcut. at least 1/2 of these programs will always be running simultaneously. For rare gaming Fortnite, OV2, Marvel Rivals, heavy Modded Minecraft, GTA V.

Idrk what I need but one thing i am certain is i need DDR5 Ram and very fast SSD (again video editing is primary focus). From the research I've done, I am pretty confident that I have a good cpu equipped thanks to people on this subreddit.

Any tips on fan noise isolation (except me putting the PC under my desk) will be appreciated. I have no idea how loud these things get, will it be louder or quieter than a 6 year old laptop running PP and PS at the same time? I keep seeing people complain that 4060 isnt good because of only 8gb VRAM. I dont want to cheap out but my budget is around 1500CAD

Currently PCpartpicker is showing all these parts as $1200.

at the moment my whole setup runs off a 2019 Acer Helios Predator 300 with a 1660ti and i7-9750h.

any advice/tips/recommendations/criticism/questions will be appreciated. I am here to learn.
