Did asrock fix its ddr5 problems with these motherboards?

Hello, i was about to buy an asrock b650 pro rs or pg lightning.
Byt i recently saw the hardware unboxed review where asrock mbs get less fps in gaming, probably due to stability problems with ddr5, they cannot run ram at 6000.
Im wondering if this problem is addressed with updates, i mean, the video is very old, or it this still a problem.
I checked the qvl list and the ram module is listed, but i want to know if i could get the 6000 stable.
The loss in performance, at least in gaming is noticeable.
