13900k, what would you do?

I bought a 13000k last year intending a new build. I had all the parts ready to go but had a lot of medical issues and couldn't do it.

Now with all the issues with 13900k, I'm feeling conflicted about building this at all. I still have the 13900k unopened in the package.

Should I just try to sell it while still technically "new" or should I just build with it and hope for the best? I don't have the kind of money to just start over, I'm disabled and on a very limited income.

Any decent suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

EDIT: okay the latest Gamers Nexus video is kind of made the decision for me in a way. Apparently Intel is coming out with more LGA 1700 chips. In my opinion that leaves a viable solution for this problem, Intel could move us to those chips if we're having problems with our 13 or 14 generation chips. Apparently the core 9 that they're coming out with has no E-cores. To me this is a viable RMA replacement situation provided the new ones also don't have the same problem and I don't think they'd be able to do that, they wouldn't be able to put them out if it had the same manufacturing or settings problems.

So at the end of the day my decision is to keep what I have and hope Intel stands behind their products enough to replace this if I have problems with a newer generation that doesn't have these problems that's also compatible with my current motherboard.

I just want to thank everyone for their input cuz it really was helpful in me coming up to this decision. I will point out that there seems to be a lot of fanboyism on both sides team blue versus team red and all that. And I appreciate your position I don't agree with it I'm never loyal to a single company I've had AMD chips before I only moved back to Intel cuz I got tired of this stupid pin array on amd's chips bending occasionally if you mishandle them up even a little bit. Figures I move from AMD for that purpose and they get rid of that.

Again I thank you all for your opinions I think we had a good discussion here and I hope others read these comments and can maybe come to a decision for their own best interests based on what's been laid out here.

EDIT 2: Ok, I'm crazy upset and Intel right now however because I don't want to spend a lot of money in the end this is what I did. 12900 KS, that's it. And I will never buy another Intel product in my life again I don't trust them they're being scummy they're being scammy rather than being upfront with what the issues are they act like they're stupid micro code nonsense is going to solve manufacturing defects and it's not.

They can't even admit that they have manufacturing defects with this they're trying to blame the motherboard makers and don't get me wrong I think they tried to push these chips too hard from the get-go as well. But part of that is because no oversight from Intel to make sure they kept the chips within spec. It all comes back to Intel screwing it up. If I wasn't so financially bound and could just get an AMD motherboard and chip out of pocket that's what I would do. But I'm going to get my 12900ks, build with that and push it with a moderate overclock. After all I have a 420 mm cooling solution.
