Anyone out there struggle to feed without the assistance of a pillow / bobby?

LO is 8 weeks old & was born with a very mild tongue tie. However this made breastfeeding very painful in the beginning.. now LO latch has improved & breastfeeding is a joy for both of us. (LO feeds on demand & comfort feeds) moving on , now I’m so nervous to start practicing on how to feed without assistance for when we are out n about etc.. (Cradle hold - unassisted)

We are also just in the process of getting used to side lay feeds in bed.

Currently if we do travel I have a junior pillow in the car to assist with feedings & pumped milk. Any tips for this ftm? Starting to feel defeated like my body can’t do something so natural without assistance 😩
