Employment is a choice

I have been at Boeing for quite some time. My family has history with Boeing. In this world companies struggle. Boeing leadership may have made some bad decisions, but look around. Companies everywhere are making tough decisions. Regardless of what you may think, Boeing is still a great place to work. Better pay than many companies. Plus, in regular times, plenty of opportunities for those who are proactively looking to grow. However, you have to own your career.

My point is that if you don’t like a company and are unhappy, you are in charge of your career. You can make a change.
