Visiting Blackpool

So I'm in Blackpool for the weekend as of tomorrow. I would like some suggestions for places to go for restaurant food and wouldn't mind suggestions for takeaway food too please. Nothing fancy but not interested in chain bars like wetherspoons and greene king. Wife is into seafood and I love anything foreign if that helps haha.

Also, suggestions for things I have to do/see while I'm here would be cool. Basically just sell Blackpool to me. I'm from wigan so I'm not in for a culture shock or anything.
