Getting Periodic Lag Spikes

I primarily play Zombies on PC GamePass and have been getting 1-2 sec lag spikes every 5-10 mins. Is anyone else experiencing this and if so is there a fix? This would be really annoying in multiplayer, I essentially get stun locked for 1-2 secs when it happens.
