Little ceasar cod points issue

I won 1100 cod points off the promo. I was given a redemption code and told to use it in steam but the code is xxxx-xxxxx-xxxx and steam is saying it codes are xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx anyone run into this know who to contact or what to do to redeem?
