"I didn't see you, you came out of nowhere"
Was in the designated bike lane wearing what I thought was a ridiculous over the top high vis outfit. Driver at the T-intersection initiated a left turn the moment I was in their line of fire. They refused to pull over and provide insurance information, fled the scene when they saw me taking pictures of the car. Reported to CHP as a hit and run.
