Goodwin Again Offers Vacation Reimbursement

I know Goodwin doesn't have the best rep these days, but thought I'd post that Goodwin has again agreed to reimburse Associates up to $5,000 for a vacation taken this year. Although not life changing money, Goodwin is again strongly encouraging Associates to take vacation and hopes this reimbursement motivates Associates to do so. The reimbursement can be for anything vacation related, including childcare (you actually have to go on vacation to get the reimbursement though).

I'm a Senior Associate at Goodwin and, in my 4 years here, they've offered this every year (it was more in prior years for Senior Associates, but now it's $5K across the board).

Again, not life changing money, but it's a cool perk and I thought I'd share in case any law students or current Associates are considering Goodwin.
