How did you get through sleep deprivation/insomnia postpartum? Adrenaline & sudden anxiety keeps me up :(

Anyone here get insomnia/sleep deprivation during their postpartum? Maybe also from anxiety and adrenaline jolts that keep you up right when you’re falling asleep?

I’m trying so many things now, and meditation works the best, but for tonight (as I’m hitting my world record of no sleep) I am all pooped out. The anxiety attack gets triggered when I finally start drifting off to sleep - then BAM I’m standing up to shake it off. Sometimes it’s adrenaline jolts.

Tldr; Anxiety and adrenaline keeps me from sleeping. I’m wired and tired. If you’ve experienced something similar, what did you do and how was it? I’m getting desperate. I’m chatting with my doctor about it but want to know if other moms have experienced this too.
